Tap Into the Pulse is a free, weekly community class designed for anyone who needs a reset — whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. No experience required. No pressure. Just an open invitation to arrive, breathe, and reconnect.
Each Monday we explore a different format — breathwork, guided meditation, dynamic movement, hatha yoga, slow flow, yin, restorative, or yoga nidra. You never know exactly what's coming, and that's the point. Come open. Come curious. Come ready to explore.

The format shifts weekly — here's the range of experiences you might explore
Pranayama and breath techniques to calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and energize the body.
Settle in, drop the noise, and find stillness. Each meditation is crafted to support presence and inner peace.
Build heat, strength, and endurance through flowing sequences designed to challenge and energize.
