Not at all. This class is genuinely all-levels, meaning every format is taught with modifications and options. Whether you're brand new or have been practicing for years, you'll find your way in. The only requirement is an open mind.
Every Monday is a little different — that's intentional. One week might be a calming yin and meditation practice; the next could be a more dynamic flow. The variety keeps you engaged and gives you a well-rounded experience of what yoga and mindfulness have to offer.
Just yourself and a willingness to explore. A yoga mat is helpful but not required. You can practice on a carpet, a blanket, or even a towel. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted.
This is a virtual class held live every Monday from 7:00–8:15 PM EST. You'll receive a link when you sign up. All you need is a device with a screen and a little bit of floor space.
