What if I don’t have a lot of time?
You don’t need a lot of time for this to work.
At minimum, you can show up for one class per week and feel a shift.
Everything else is optional.
This isn’t about doing more —
it’s about being more present with what you do.

Do I have to attend everything?
No.

Consistency matters more than intensity.
No long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month. Stay as long as it serves you. It is recommended to stay a minimum of three months once you begin to give yourself a real chance to feel the impact of transformational work. Change does not happen overnight. You are free to leave when it doesn't serve you. This is your journey. We do require a 30-day written notice before changing memberships or cancellations.
How is this different from therapy and coaching?
Most approaches work with the mind.
This work emphasizes working with the body.
You can understand your patterns and still live them.

Is this trauma informed?
We are trauma aware. Everything inside Prana Pulse is grounded in nervous system awareness and trauma-informed principles.
You will get activated AND be supported through the process...on your own terms and your own pace. We will always seek your consent and empower your choice of discernment.
You’ll be guided to:
• Build safety in your body
• Move at your own pace
• Develop trust with yourself
This is about expansion — not overwhelm.
What if I am feeling nervous about joining a group?
That’s completely normal. It is a sign of growth.
Most people come into this space feeling unsure, guarded, or disconnected.
You are not expected to share before you’re ready.
You can:

• Move at your own pace
Over time, most people find that being witnessed in a safe space becomes one of the most healing parts.
