At minimum, you can show up for one class per week and feel a shift.

Consistency matters more than intensity.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Prana Pulse is designed to meet you where you are—and grow with you as you deepen.
All live sessions are recorded and added to the practice library within 24 hours. You'll never miss a thing.

No long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month. Stay as long as it serves you. It is recommended to stay a minimum of three months once you begin to give yourself a real chance to feel the impact of transformational work. Change does not happen overnight. You are free to leave when it doesn't serve you. This is your journey. We do require a 30-day written notice before changing memberships or cancellations.

The Shedding gives you group support and integration tools to actively shift patterns. Reclamation & Integration adds personalized 1-on-1 mentorship, ongoing coaching access, and VIP experiences for deeper transformation.
No. Prana Pulse isn't traditional yoga—it's somatic movement, breathwork, and embodiment practices. All you need is a willingness to feel and be present with yourself.

Yes. Life happens. You can pause for up to 2 months per year without losing your spot or access to the community.
Live classes and group calls are hosted on Zoom. Recordings and resources are available through your member portal. WhatsApp is used for Reclamation & Integration coaching access.
